Being socially responsible sweater manufacturer, Jams Group has taken every precautionary step to build a highly ethical, safe, healthy & hygienic work environment,complaint by all respects.
We do NOT employ any Child Labor. In addition, our standard gap between machine makes the production floor very comfortable & aesthetically appealing
We have clearly marked evacuation zones & routes for emergency exits; also ornamented this factory with electrical & fire safety equipment.
We have installed reverse osmosis for safe drinking water &we do have adequate hygienic toilets for all workers.
